Over his 26 year career in human resources Ron has navigated his employers and clients through EEOC investigations, sexual harassment and discrimination charges, OSHA investigations, workers’ compensation issues, unemployment hearings, wrongful discharge claims, the implementation of performance review systems, wage and hour issues, as well as numerous other human resource and employee benefit matters.
Ron attained the status of Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Society of Human Resource Management in 1996 and the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans in 1999.
Ron has been a member of the Society of Human Resource Management since 1996, a member of the International Society of Employee Benefit Plans and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans since 1999. He has attended and participated in national Human Resource and Employee Benefit conferences. In addition, Ron has contributed several articles for Home Address, a nationally recognized customer service newsletter that emphasizes issues confronting the home building industry.
